Ingredients:
200 ml (6.6 fl.oz.)of freshly brewed coffee
2 oranges
powdered sugar
whipped cream, cookie crumbs, nuts
How to make it:
Zest the oranges and squeeze the juice.
Put the zest in a saucepan, and pour in a glass of water and the powdered sugar. Boil it on low for 5 minutes. Filter and cool the resulting syrup.
Make coffee, cool it and mix with the orange juice and syrup. Stir using a fork.
Pour your drink in a glass with crushed ice. Add whipped cream, and decorate with cookie crumbs and nuts.
