    Ingredients:

    150 ml (5 fl.oz.) of freshly brewed coffee
    100 g (3.5 oz) of dark chocolate
    mint syrup or liquor
    ice cream

    How to make it:

    Dissolve chocolate in filtered coffee on low heat.
    Cool the mixture a bit and add syrup.
    Blend it.
    Crush the ice and put it in a glass.
    Pour the drink in the glass with the crushed ice.
    Put some ice cream in the glass.
    Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
